What we use
The app uses the reports you allow. The store uses the details needed for your order.
- Account and child profile details help manage your account and link reports to the account that owns the profile.
- Location reports and available history show maps and familiar places. Safety and wellbeing reports you allow provide family updates and device status.
- Contact and delivery details help us process and support your purchases. Store orders are managed separately from app reports.
Your choices
- Choose safety, location and wellbeing report permissions in the Panda Parent app. You can change them in the app.
- Add or remove an optional child profile photo where this feature is available.
- Maps are provided by Google Maps. Safety notifications use general text.
Updates depend on the wearable, connection and permissions. Wellbeing readings are guidance, not a medical diagnosis.
Deleting your account
In More, confirm with your password to remove profile details and report contents and disconnect devices.
Some security records and backups may remain. Store orders are managed separately.
